Under the direction of the ICAO Regional Director, the incumbent will perform the following functions:
1. Carry out missions to SAM States to determine the status of implementation of CAR/SAM Air Navigation Plan requirements and provisions contained in Annexes 4 and 15 and in PANS-ABC.
